To explain a little bit of this yoga mat features - we would like to describe it like this: This is an easy to carry around Eco Yoga Mat. Made from biodegradable, non-Amazon harvested Natural Rubber. Suitable for many yoga forms, like yin yoga, hatha yoga, sivananda yoga etc. You you should know it is a little bit sensitive to Ashtanga yoga or Vinyasa flow yoga. The grip on the yoga mat is very good already from the beginning. After some time it could also be nice to know it is biodegradable. It will dry out and return back to nature - how you treat it will decide the time it last.
